  Well I have never experienced anything like this before with any of my purchases off eBay. I have contacted supplier with problems, and they were supposed to arrange a replacement for me but nothing has happened. So I had no option but to buy another product from elsewhere. I would definitely not buy anything from this supplier ever again and would definitely think twice if anyone else is thinking about buying from this supplier. Didn’t want to be so negative but you left me with no choice 👍
