    They shipped the wrong product. I ordered a 4-piece sheet set, and they shipped only the fitted sheet. When I asked what happened, they were slow (24 - 48 hours between responses) and unclear in their responses, and generally seemed uninterested in the fact that they had shipped the wrong product. They made me jump through more hoops than necessary to return the product, and I am still waiting for the refund. It was a poor experience.
