  I have been playing bass for more than 40 years, and wow this is a very nice instrument for the money. I purchased to have as a backup instrument. This pbass weighs in at 8.5 lbs, just as it should for a pbass with an alder wood body. The tone is excellent. I will put some flatwound strings on it for starters.

  Purchased a "4-String Mike Dirnt Road Relic Precision Bass Guitar Sunburst Maple Fretboard." It's similar to Sting's 1951 P-Bass. Arrived after about a month. Exactly as expected. It could use a little setup work, but very minimal. It's a fun bass to play and look exactly like I wanted. Perfect "vintage" condition.
