Hello, thanks for visiting our store. We are a regional distributor in the Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio area. We have been selling disposable plastic and paper items, glassware, cooking utensils, amenities, etc. to Bars, restaurants and hotels for 25 years now. We are based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our facility is a smoke-free environment.

Please note that all orders come with an email message sent directly to buyer that has tracking information on it once the order ships. We ship within one day handling about 95% of the time and ship priority/first class through postal service for prompt deliveries to our customers... though there are times when we use Fedex.

    The item has a completely different picture of the item I was buying, when the item came I did the return processing to have my money back he responded that he won’t accept return.

    The bowl you received was the same bowl in the pictures. The bowl was a 4" wide and 1 1/4" high. Had you read the description and measured your bowls, you would have found that out. But instead, you went by the look of the picture to buy the item.... thinking it was same one you have. Maybe, pay better attention to the details. Smh...
