I got the tube on April 27 and it tested bad. Double checked to make sure and I contacted the seller. He told me that he would send me another tube and not to send the bad tube back. I waited until May 13 and contacted him again and he told me that he sent me a tube on the 7th. But I have got nothing from him, no tracking and tubes. He said again that he would send me a tube and would send me tracking info the afternoon of the 13th. Again, nothing after a week no tracking number and no tube.

I am a stand up seller and we dropped the ball on this one his tube was sent after this and we apologize I do admit when we are wrong and feel terrible
