    Item as described. However, I downgraded feedback as I had placed this order on 23July. I then sent a message on the 24th with a question and received no response. I then sent another text on 27July, 4 days after the purchase, asking when this item may ship and why it hasn’t shipped yet. I again received no response. It was then shipped on 27July and received on 30July. It was shipped from the same state it was being delivered to so it only took three days to be delivered.
