    The item arrived exactly as described, new with tags. I ordered the size I normally wear in this brand, but it was unusually tight in the shoulders. I will be giving it to a friend, as the seller does not accept returns. The tight fit was not the seller's fault, but in the future I will only order items that can be returned.
