    accepted my offer, I paid in full straight away, then messaged to say lost or damaged, had it advertised again with a higher price, fraudulent.

    Sorry we didn't accept your offer. It was automated (not by us) if we had accepted the offer we would have of course sent it to you. We didn't. However, the listing still being up was our error. So again, apologies. We're only human & sometimes we humans make administrative mistakes! That said, we refunded you right away(20-ish minutes) so we would say it falls under the "no harm, no foul" banner rather than "fraudulent" criminal behaviour!
