Howdy all, I have a walk-in store and sell on three on-line sites. I sell western to English tack, saddles, turnout blankets, horse treats and supplements, horse grooming supplies, riding helmets, livestock and dog/pet supplies, western clothes, western boots (from infants to men's size 14 and women's size 11), cowboy hats, belt buckles, belts, casual shoes, and Montana Silversmiths' jewelry.     Seller was quick to respond to messages and even posted the item here on eBay so I’d get a better deal on shipping to Canada (item was originally posted on seller’s personal website). Had a shipping hiccup with the way the shipping was updated (NOT the sellers fault at all!) and seller was quick to look into that for me. Would definitely order from this seller again! The light oil lead I ordered to match my daughter’s pony halter for showmanship seems to be good quality and as described.

    Not impressed with customer service. The appearance of this headstall looks much narrower than what is pictured. I contacted them in regards to the bridle being a lot wider than it looks like. They should provider better photos. Customerservice just said it was the correct headstall listed. They never said anything on the width. I have a lot going on so I am just not impressed with this seller. They offered to take it back if I paid return shipping but all I asked for was 10.00 refund
