The ad for this item states it is used, but it has been very very gently used. It was packed exceptionally carefully and snugly with a lot fiber fill surrounding the ornament, then wrapped and taped into a cocoon of bubble wrap and take, placed in a box snuggly inside newspaper. There is no way this ornament could have moved around and gotten damaged during shipment. Thank you so much for the opportunity of puchasing this Univeral Orlando porcelain ornament.
