Shipped promptly, BUT tracking and communication was trash! The tracking provided alerted me to a delivery an ENTIRE WEEK after the delivery, so wrong day. When I asked the seller to assist with getting proof of delivery, they send me a picture of the package being delivered the previous week amidst my Amazon restock supply packages that I had not opened yet. So yes, it arrived but it was not the date listed which can be irritating! The balls DO NOT bounce, so weird product.
