I'm not a retail store, just a normal guy like you. I sell things as a hobby and because I enjoy it. Spending a good amount of time learning about an item, ensuring it's functional, clean, and accurately depicted is extremely important to me. Like you, I'm also a buyer. I try to handle every single sales transaction that I have, with the same care and respect that I hope for from sellers when I make purchases from them. On occasion, there may be an issue with an item, whether it be shipping, or other, and I do my very best to resolve the situation immediately and with respect. I respect honesty as I'm sure that you do. We all have probably had previous experience with buyers (or sellers) who try to take advantage of our kindness. In those situations I attempt to remain logical, but with the Christian values that I was raised with.
