    This company communicates very well. From the beginning of purchase, they reached out to tell me my cases were on the way. After installing them, one of the cases had what I would describe as a minor functional issue with the clasp holding it in place. I reached out to them to let them know the part was faulty. They responded immediately and, in the end, more than compensated for the faulty part. Again, kudos to this company for the customer service, communication! A+++, highly recommend!

    Nice fan, quiet and priced right. Light weight compared to the one I replaced. Seller kept in contact when shipment was delayed because of weather. and offered to make it right even though it wasn’t their fault. I declined that offer, just them offering was more than one can expect. Shows they believe in what they sell and committed to doing business right! I will order again from this seller in the future.     This is situation that could have turned negative. This table arrived with a couple of Knicks and missing screws. I reached out to the seller and they at least issued a partial refund. That’s not perfect, but they tried to make it better since the table would have been a hassle to return. I would recommend this seller!
