    Phone kept force quitting and restarting. It was a nightmare. We received a long list of things to do to possibly fix it and each message said “there should be nothing wrong with the phone.” Even though my whole point of contacting them was because there was something clearly wrong with the phone. It was determined after hours of attempting to correct, that it was, in fact, a hardware issue. They did send a return label quickly and we will be shipping it out tomorrow for a full refund.
