If your packages originate in the U.S. the best is US Postal Service with an eBay printed label. You will get a discount and the service will not take three weeks or more.   Seller listed Magnifier has 10 X. This is false advertising. It’s possible it might be 2 to 3 power. Most of these advertisers for these Chinese magnifiers haven’t got a clue what they’re selling. They just put down numbers. It’s not worth my time or money to send it back to this joker, but people looking for a Magnifier any quality should steer clear
