Received phone well packed and quickly. Unfortunately, the phone suffered from severe battery drain and very poor reception strength (-113 dBm or worse). Tried two known working SIM cards and an ESIM with no success. Researching the issue, this is a common antenna problem with s22 ultras. My card was charged within a few hours of purchase very soon after that I received a pre-shipment notification with the tracking number that was 10 days ago my order has been in pre-shipment status for nine days. Seller has not responded up to this point. Not even terrible service .ZERO SERVICE
