    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Horrible quality customer service. Sent me a broken console, and then refused a partial refund to replace the parts needed to fix the console. Claimed the used parts were cheaper and went off that price for the refund. Overpriced console, horrible service, buy somewhere else and don’t waste your time.

    As you stated in your message, the tablet was working fine, and it was the joycons that were not to your liking. So, you requested $80-$90 for a refund, which I explained that used joycons, which these were, typically go to $30-$40. But I also remember this being in fairly good condition, so I offered a full refund for the item back and to pay for shipping. I'm sorry we weren't able to work something out. Our ratings will show we do stand by our customers, but we also have protocols to follow.
