The item is totally unusable been squashed almost flat with lots of materials inside the packaging . Apart from that . Good service but I would be reluctant to purchase again purely because of the damage the inadequate packaging . The product itself is very good and affected for this condition .

I filled in a form which the company sent me but when I tried to submit it, nothing happened. I reported this to the company. I then received an email asking me to confirm that i had read the email but there was no button to press to confirm this. I confirmed by sending them an email. All a bit of a palaver but the goods were despatched quickly so no real complaint overall.
