    i believe the patches got lost in transit for a time but they eventually came in and i'm so happy they did! the seller was so polite and helped me the best they could with this issue, i'm sorry for any trouble i might've put them through but they eventually came in and i love them! i'm deciding where to put them now but i think they were packaged nicely and just as described.
