As a video game collector for over 3 decades, I have enjoyed witnessing the evolution of gaming with each new console generation. However, as we move more into the digital age, there has been a sharp decline in physical media in the form of box art, magazines, and physical strategy guides. And with that, the eclectic mix of art that accompanies them. While designing my own game room, this revelation hit me hard and I quickly realized how inaccessible and or expensive original artwork from advertisements, posters, and displays have become. I took it upon myself to solve the problem, and have since become passionate about cataloging and putting together a massive collection of original video game advertisements and wall art for other people who hold the same appreciation for this dying medium as I do. And it pleases me that these pieces, otherwise lost to time, can now experience new life as displays for my customers around the world.
