    I'm sorry the lid was damaged during shipping — that’s certainly not the experience I want for any buyer. However, it's disappointing that you left a negative review without first contacting me. If the item arrived broken, the right thing to do would have been to send photos and request a refund. Reviews are not a way to resolve issues or get money back, and I always do my best to make things right when given the chance.
