  This is a brand new item made of superior materials to the original. While it does look a little out of place, the function is great and you can't really expect a significantly lower price for anything lathe turned. The fit was not quite as snug as I expected, but it's more than adequate, allowing for variations in the firearm. The replacement screw requires a very small allen wrench; be careful not to strip it.
