We are a family based business, and handle all aspects of each and every listing our selves. We usually ship 5 days a week (Monday through Friday), but do ship on Saturdays as well on occasion. We usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment, and when possible we will ship the very same day provided payment arrives early enough. The book came on time and in very good condition as it was described. The seller did a nice job. However, the contents of the book are inaccurate as far as the music transcriptions are concerned. (This obviously had nothing to do with the seller, but it's a warning to anyone who might want to get this book, thinking it's an authentically transcribed tab book.)
