    Item arrived exactly as described, EXCEPT, didn’t reveal it was missing a strap. There are 4 hoops for the straps. It only had one strap hooked to the left front loop and the other end to the right back loop. Clearly it’s missing a strap. I gave it to my granddaughter to play with it. I hate returning items by mail unless it’s $50 or more. It’s not worth it. I just loved the color.

    I’m glad you loved the color, but I do want to gently clarify that the listing did specify the purse included one strap (It’s stated in both the title and the description). While the bag can be styled in different ways and with one or two straps, this particular item had the single strap as shown and described. I completely understand not wanting to go through the hassle of a return, but wanted to clarify you did get exactly what was described and a fully functional and beautiful purse.
