  We received the item before it was expected. It was exactly as described and worked perfectly. TheRLshop was very helpful and answered our questions within a few minutes to a couple of hours. It was boxed up well and had plenty of padding to protect the item (electronics). The item is used, but it looks like new and it saved us between $130.00 and $200.00. We'll come back to TheRLshop later on and see what else they have. Great Job.

  This arrived on time, and as described. Except it appears to be in Spanish. I wrote the seller, who IMMEDIATELY refunded my $$ even though he doesn't accept refunds. And he instructed me to not return it. In this day and age, especially, I am so impressed with his integrity (a word we don't often hear nowadays), and I would happily give him 10 stars. In any event, I see why he has a 100% positive rating, heartily recommend TheRLshop, and wish him the very best in future eBay endeavors. ;)
