Was not sure how pieces would look, so I first just purchased a few items, then completed a set for 12. Each item was shipped sealed in a plastic bag for protection, and very nicely polished. Excellent condition, not much wear, and my family and guests find this sterling silver set very beautiful. In my view, much better idea to purchase here a lightly used set, than spending three times as much for a brand new set which will look identical after a short period of use. Great service.
