I paid $20 plus tax plus shipping total $32.00 plus. THE ITEM WAS DESCRIBED AS WOMEN SIZE BUT ITS YOUTH SIZE ! I had to return because it didn’t fit me. Not in being charged for shipping both ways? My refund is only $12.48! What is this cr***? This is why EBay is so unpopular
