  Seller Is very, very hard to work with. They listed 6 DVD cases, stating that they held 18 each. That was not the case, each binder only held 6 each. That took the total storage space down from 108 discs to 36, HUGE difference. That is not even the real issue, the real concern for me is the lack of willingness to accept responsibility and make it right. They have dragged this on too long. This is wrong on so many levels. I will be taking photos and opening a claim first thing in the morning.

  We're sorry you had a poor experience. Your message said in capital letters the item was NOT AS DESCRIBED, but we believe it matched the listing. In spite of this we asked what you felt was fair, but your request for a free item from our store (including free shipping from Canada to Texas) while keeping the original wasn't reasonable—it's over 3x the item’s cost.
