Sandra went the extra mile, contacting the post office and keeping me informed. When the package was lost, she sent a replacement. I'm very satisfied with the experience.   My stuffed animal came completely wrapped in bubble wrap for his own safety haha. Shipping was fast and the item was exactly as shown and described in the pictures. I bought this in replacement of my childhood one that unfortunately got lost when I moved. It’s a very valuable item to me so I’m very pleased with buying from this seller! Worth every penny!
