    Flag arrived on time but was defective, with the header attached to the opposite edge of the flag, thus rendering it useless as it would be flying ‘back-to-front’. This was pointed out to the Seller and photographs sent. No response from Seller. I then asked eBay to ‘step in’ and I was refunded the total cost under ‘Buyer Protection’. I am surprised that a prestigious company such as World of Flags permitted a defective flag to be sold. I have successfully bought from them in the past.
