This is a good company according to it's reviews and I trust them. My problem was the shipping process of leaving ink in the printer. This is NOT how to ship a printer. The printer should NEVER be shipped with ink already in it.. Ink should only be added after printer has reached it's final destination( meaning when the customer has taken delivery).

I ordered 100 sheets, but delivered 50 sheets (half of the order amount).
I contacted the seller. They said the sheets number is on the surface vinyl bag.
Unfortunately I threw away the vinyl bag when I opened.
In this case the seller doesn't want to send the shortage again.
I ordered 100sheets, but received 50sheets, but no proof.
Is this my fault? So do I need to waste my money for this shortage?
