    Item appeared OK when received. But after connecting it to the dock, the firmware updater didn't "see" the audio module. With some web research, I found that the connectors on these were sometimes faulty & upon disassembly, I found one side mounting point was indeed broken. I was able to repair it & get it working after some glue & tape for insurance. The firmware updater now "sees" it, but it didn't need updating. Happy 2 have it figured out & working, not having to return it. Thanks. Grade: B-
