    Never received my item. Purchased, then it was marked shipped but tracking said usps was awaiting the package the entire time. It never updated because the item was never sent. Contacted the seller, no response, so I opened a case and got a refund.

    No response to initial request to mail out when it showed it hadn’t shipped still days out after purchasing. Package arrived late by many days. No response again when emailed about late item. Very unfortunate. Otherwise product is good. No SD card which was not noted. Only no charger noted. Bummer

    Bought item, never delivered and didn't contact back when I asked about the package. Refunded me sure but waste of time and failing to meet my part of the contract and destroying my grade in class. Needed it but never responded.

    Seller advertised item as new with a clear sound but when item arrived it was out of its original packaging and the speaker crackles constantly no matter where you put the volume. I contacted the Sellar and he has not responded. If I were you I wouldn't buy anything from this sellar!!!
