  Sent a two messages since July 9th to the seller about my extreme disappointment in the packaging of the boots in box that was too small.. Although zero follow up to try to make things right.. There was also not packing material inside the box so the boots came with both the tongue loops were busted off.. if attention was paid to either of these points the experience would have been better.
