    Quality great. Condition new. Value good. Appearance beautiful color. Negatives: poor description of item. Very poor communications-I made an offer that seller ignored for days until it expired rather than counter offering, delaying a desired quick transaction. If seller had countered, I would not have had to wait & remake an offer after days til previous offer expired. Very unprofessional. Shipping was delayed by USPS several days as well. UPS is a better option. Therefore neutral.
