My husband and I live in Eastern Tennessee and enjoy visiting yard sales, online auctions, and estate sales to find treasures to resell hence the name of our store TnTreasures23!     This item works perfect. The drain valve on the tank was installed wrong preventing water from moving from the tank to the base. A quick little reconfiguration and it’s working just fine. This was an excellent deal for such a nice product. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
