    I received an incorrect item instead of the A4 Hardback notebook that I ordered. I requested a return which Ebay started but I have received no returns label from the seller. I have tried twice to contact the seller who have not responded at all. An extremely disappointing experience. I have an A4 refill pad that I do not want and will have to buy an A4 notebook somewhere else.
