    We're committed to our customers' satisfaction and always do our best to resolve any issue. the buyer purchased a 5mm round cut opal but found it was too small for his jewelry and asked for 12x10mm size opal. Although the item was as described, we promptly shipped a 12x10mm opal as a replacement at no additional charge. the buyer promised me to revise the feedback upon receiving the new opal. After providing the tracking info for new opal, we received no reply and the feedback was not revised."
