    This seller is DODGY , I opened a claim for my defective item, seller asked me to ' CLOSE my eBay claim so they could refund me! ' , they stated they were unable to refund , as the claim was escalated + ebay had stepped it!! A SELLER CAN REFUND AT ANYTIME, if i had closed my claim , id lose ebay protection ( which clearly is what this seller was trying to do ) NEVER CLOSE AN OPEN CLAIM
