  This was a fantastic purchase experience, I am astounded in every way! The quality of the bike itself is outstanding (free included tools notwithstanding). It was packaged very well, almost over-packaged in ways. But I think they come like this from the factory, so it's not a reflection on the vendor. Kept the bike in pristine condition at least.
