    worked fine for a week then became locked somehow after a normal restart. I think the seller only soft unlocked these phones and didn't do a true unlock. I reached out to the seller asking if anything could be done, I never heard back. Despite the sellers ratings they act like scamers never contacting me back about the issue. Buyer beware of this seller. Unless you have a Verizon sim and service the phone isn't worth buying

    Laptop came in . It was dead it charged for 3 minutes and shut off . Never came back on . I assumed it was a charger . So I had to order another charger come to find out it was the laptop that doesn’t work not the charger . Very pissed about the situation.
