    Produit reçu de qualité mais compliqué de savoir lieu final de distribution. J'étais présent aux heures de passage du "facteur" mais pas de coup de sonnette. Et pas de trace dans boîte aux lettres de son passage ni de mail précisant le dépôt relais... c'est finalement après moultes traductions du site de la poste allemande que j'ai retrouvé son point de chute!

    Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We can´t understand such a feedback. You got the DHL-Tracking number all the time and on the exact day of delivery on which you were not at home, you write us later an email to let us know if there is any news about your package. Shortly thereafter, we sent you a message about the whereabouts of the shipment based on the tracking information. If you order something online, you should accept the package. Really funny – comments like that. :) Kind regards
