Hi,
First of all, we would like to thank you for visiting our store! We are a family of 4. Mom, Dad and two young girls who absolutely love sports, sports cards and memorabilia. We have been collecting for quite some time now and we have decided to take our hobby and turn it into a business that we can learn from and all enjoy. The main goal of our store is to teach our young daughters what it takes to start, maintain and run a profitable business. (THE GIRLS HAVE THEIR OWN COLLECTIONS.     The cards was shipped and tracking shows that item was delivered. Refund was issued immediately upon request. The issue was totally out of our hands and we resolved it the only way we knew how. We didn't have another one of those exact cards. Is there anything else we could have done to help?
