Image quality was poor, colours were off, didn't match the photo in description, white outline around lettering not shown in advert image, seller unapologetic, had to return for £4 refund. See my photo comparison

White outline was to ensure name was clearly shown. Colours not off, always state colours may vary dependent on buyers screen. No reason to be apologetic but offered full refund when returned. Why the query on having to return to get refund? you would not expect any shop seller to say "don't worry about returning the item, we'll refund you anyway". Buyer was refunded on the day the item was received back without question despite the item being personalised so cannot resell.
