  Item arrived as described. Shipping was delayed 5 days and only mailed after I asked about it (per tracking). I needed this for school and would have appreciated faster shipping. Please be more prompt in the future.

  Item was purchased on 08/08/25. I shipped on 08/10/25, within my handling time. The post office did not scan the item until days later, which is completely beyond my control. Buyer assumes that I did not ship the item until they messaged me about it, which is just frankly untrue. I ship all my items within my handling time and rarely have a complaint such as this one. :)
