    Item was purchased on 08/08/25. I shipped on 08/10/25, within my handling time. The post office did not scan the item until days later, which is completely beyond my control. Buyer assumes that I did not ship the item until they messaged me about it, which is just frankly untrue. I ship all my items within my handling time and rarely have a complaint such as this one. :)

    Buyer stated the shirt did not “look” new despite tags still being attached and the shirt having never been worn. I also advised the buyer that I do have free returns and they could have easily returned it for a full refund. For any future buyers, I have no problem in accepting returns if you’re not happy with your purchase. Thank you. :)
