Welcome to my store and thank you for looking! It is my mission to repurpose, reuse and recycle clothing, shoes and textiles in good to like new condition, sourcing from mostly thrift stores but also yard sales and rummage sales, looking for items with lots of life left in them to resell at an affordable price to consumers. 84% of clothing ends up in landfills or incinerators. In New York City alone, more than 400 million pounds of clothes are wasted each year! In 2018, 17 million tons of textile waste ended up in landfills, according to data from the Environmental Protection Agency. Textiles can take up to 200+ years to decompose in landfills. It is my hope to do my small part in helping to reduce the environmental impact textile waste has on our planet and I encourage others to do their part as well. Together we can be the change.
