Should be negative, I’m not going to use this, not recommended. The sizes advertised are incorrect. The adjustable collar stops are oversize and can clamp at an angle on the countersink. Some of the countersink sleeve cutting legs are ground at a negative angle. There is no relief on the tapered drill cutting edge, so the drill burnishes its way through. The flat on the shank for the locking screw extends to the end, the drill can be mounted off centre. There is a word for this quality.
