  After a snafu with USPS (resulting in unpaid postage of $13 because they put their Ground Advantage shipping label on a Priority box) the seller was quick and easy to work with and they refunded me the extra cost. No big deal. The shoes were a perfect fit based on their reliable sizing in the description and the color, look, and quality was exactly as pictured and described.
