So I’m not sure how to feel I purchased the empty one you see from Amazon and got the full one from this seller. Something tells me this is a fake the container feels like the reel thing but the issue is the actual product in the bottle, it feels like a really thin consistency whereas this product normally feels a bit thicker and calming, this kind of feels like baby oil but thinner. On top of that I used this one time and my skin is already having a bad reaction. Proceed with caution please.

I am sorry but the bottle on the left is fake. We sent you the product with Security Barcode which shows if it is real or not. You can scan the barcode and check for both bottle. We have invoice from the supplier. This is not true what you wrote.

Item was marked delivered by post office, but I did not receive my item. I contacted the seller and more than a week later, still no response. Very disappointing. This is not related with us. We shipped your product. USPS could not find your apartment. They marked as insufficient adress and returned to sender because your address has problem for that USPS driver. you should have wrote this review to USPS not to us. We are not provide delivery service for the the products. We use USPS. We already issued full refund to you. Even though we should have charge shipping fee because insufficient address is a problem related with you. not with us. Thank you
